Catch the Reading Bug @ Your Library

Come to the Tunkhannock Public Library for some summer fun!

Registration begins June 2nd.

Take note of the enrollment limitations.  
* You may sign up for three programs
and
* get on the waiting list for three others. 
* Programs are filled on a first come, first served basis. 
* You may call after June 15^th to get on an additional waiting list. 

There is no charge for any of the programs; we count on donations to cover our costs. 

KINDERGARTEN LIBRARY CARD SIGN-UP - Mon., June 16.  All day.  Children finishing Kindergarten can enjoy refreshments while they get their own library cards. 

SUMMER READING PROGRAM - Mon., June 16-Sat., July 26.  Children of all ages, through 8^th grade, can have fun reading for prizes.    All you have to do is register beginning June 16, and then keep track of what you read.  Toddlers and pre-readers can be read to. There are only two rules: the books must be from our library AND you must read on or above your grade level.  No book reports, no tests, no posters, just fun!  Prizes include certificates for free ice cream cones, Happy Meals, Personal Pan Pizzas, and more.  Get treasures from the treasure box as you read.
