There are few things I like to talk about more than books and movies.  These are two of my all time, top of the chart, passions.  When I find an excellent book, or love a movie, I can't wait to share it with someone else and to send them on their way to said book or film, and see how much they like it. My passion here may seem like it's just about escapism.  But it's much more based on just great storytelling.  I love a good story.  More than I love chocolate.  And I love chocolate a LOT.   

But even I get overwhelmed when I go into the library or the bookstore.   I don't always know what I am looking for, or what I'm in the mood for.  I don't even know what is coming out or when.  This would be fine if I was able to leisurely browse through the stacks.  But I don't have time.  I have to zoom in, zoom out and do the other half a million things on the to do list. 

We, the Library and I, have found a way to meld our strengths, to offer this new service.  Rebecca's Reviews - book and film reviews that we hope you'll find helpful in your search. All of them will come from the library's own circulation.   Some of the books and films you may already know about, some you may not.  But it's a great journey, the world of books and movies.  Think of me as a prospective tour guide.
